My business coaching supports service-based business owners and professionals in leadership roles who want to grow and lead with intention - without burning themselves out in the process.
This work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, boundaries, and decision-making. We focus on how you think, work, and lead - because sustainable success doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing things differently. This is not a “push harder” or hype-driven approach. It’s about building a way of working that supports your wellbeing, values, and long-term goals - while still allowing momentum, growth, and financial stability.

How we work together

Business coaching is offered exclusively as 1:1, individualised support. This allows for depth, nuance, and personalised strategy - rather than surface-level advice delivered in large group settings.
I work with a limited number of coaching clients at any one time to ensure quality, presence, and impact.
Coaching is typically structured as a 6-12 month container with fortnightly sessions.
Investment and payment options are shared after enquiry so you can decide whether it’s the right fit.
