About Hero.png

I've been fascinated by people for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I was always curious about what helped some people overcome significant challenges and create fulfilling, meaningful lives. I was drawn to stories of resilience, reinvention and the underdog who found the courage to pursue something more.

That curiosity led me to psychology, but it also sparked a lifelong interest in human potential, personal growth and what it takes to create a life that feels genuinely aligned.

For more than 20 years, I've worked as a psychologist supporting individuals, teams and organisations through periods of challenge, change and growth. My career has included roles in organisational psychology, leadership and employee wellbeing, including several years living and working in Darwin as a Psychological Services Manager within an Employee Assistance Program.

After returning to Adelaide, I worked in a private secondary school before eventually creating my own private practice – something I had long imagined doing. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of building a business that allows me to support women in a way that feels deeply meaningful while also creating a life that aligns with my own values and priorities.

Along the way, I've experienced many seasons of change myself. I've moved interstate, changed roles, become a mother, built a business, navigated uncertainty and discovered that growth is rarely a straight line.

Like many of the women I work with, I've learned that life has a way of inviting us to reinvent ourselves over and over again.

Perhaps that's why I'm so passionate about helping women navigate periods of transition.

Many of the women who come to see me appear to be coping well from the outside. They are thoughtful, caring and responsible. They are often managing careers, businesses, families and countless competing demands.

Yet beneath the surface, they may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves or uncertain about what comes next.

Some are struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout or perfectionism. Others are questioning their career path, considering a business of their own, redefining success, navigating motherhood, setting boundaries or trying to reconnect with who they are beneath years of expectations and responsibilities.

The question often isn't simply:

"How do I feel better?"

It's:

"How do I create a life that feels right for me?"

That question sits at the heart of much of my work.

One of the things that has always fascinated me is why some people are able to create lives that feel deeply aligned with who they are, while others find themselves stuck living according to expectations they never consciously chose. Maybe that's why so much of my work centres around identity, values and intentional living.

Over the years, I've worked with women navigating career changes, motherhood, business ownership, burnout, life transitions and periods of uncertainty.

While the circumstances differ, many are asking similar questions:

Who am I now?

What do I want?

What does success actually look like for me?

How do I stop living according to everyone else's expectations and start creating a life that feels aligned with my own?

I don't believe the goal is to become somebody completely different. Often the work is about reconnecting with who you've been all along.

Helping women build the confidence to trust themselves, back themselves and take meaningful action towards the life they genuinely want.

Whether we're working together through therapy or business coaching, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence and take meaningful action towards the life, career or business you want.

About Section.png

If a client were to describe the work we do together, I hope they would say something like:

"Sarah helped me be brave enough to identify what I truly wanted and then gave me the confidence to take steps towards it."

Because in my experience, meaningful change doesn't come from having everything figured out. It comes from being willing to take the next step, even when the path ahead isn't completely clear.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, supporting my children's various activities, enjoying a good coffee, exercising, walking our sausage dog Lola, and indulging my love of interior design. I can happily lose hours flicking through magazines, gathering inspiration and imagining what might be possible – something that probably reflects my broader fascination with growth, reinvention and creating spaces, lives and businesses that feel aligned.

I feel incredibly privileged to do this work and to walk alongside women as they navigate some of life's most important transitions.

These varied experiences have given me a broad understanding of the personal, professional and life challenges people face throughout different stages of life.

Today, I work primarily with adult women seeking support to navigate anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, relationships, career challenges and the competing demands of modern life.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
