Hi, I’m Sarah Davies - Psychologist and Coach.

With over 20 years of experience as a psychologist and coach, I began my career in Organisational Psychology, working with individuals to build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed for businesses (and people) to thrive.
This is where my passion for personal development began - because when people grow, everything changes: careers, relationships, and lives.
As a mother of two and a business owner, I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, family, relationships, and your own wellbeing. It’s easy to feel stretched thin, stuck in survival mode, or quietly asking yourself, “Is this it?”
That’s why I’m so determined to help women break free from uncertainty, self-doubt, and overwhelm - so you can find clarity, set meaningful boundaries, and create a life that feels fulfilling, financially rewarding, and true to who you are.
Who I Help
✅ As a Coach, I work with women who feel stuck, stretched, or simply ready for a fresh chapter. Whether you're pivoting careers, launching or growing a business, or trying to reconnect with what lights you up - I’ll help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
✅ As a Registered Psychologist, I offer 1:1 therapy for women experiencing anxiety and depression, with a particular interest in supporting women post-partum and through the challenges of parenting and potentially juggling motherhood and work responsibilities in tandem. I primarily draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I’m based in Novar Gardens, Adelaide, South Australia but I work with women across Australia via telehealth sessions. Whether you prefer the grounding of in-person therapy or the flexibility of online support, I’ve got you covered.
My approach is practical and results-driven, blending evidence-based psychological tools with coaching strategies to create real, lasting change.
I’m not just here to listen - I’ll help you to get clear, take aligned action, and stay accountable.
