What this coaching is
My business coaching supports women who want to grow or lead their business, professional role, or body of work with intention - without burning themselves out in the process. This work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, boundaries, and decision-making. We focus on how you think, work, lead, and show up - because sustainable success starts there. This is not a “do more, push harder” approach. It’s about building a way of working that supports your wellbeing, values, and long-term goals.
This coaching is for women who:
• Run service-based businesses or professional practices
• Are transitioning from employment into self-employment
• Are business owners with staff or increasing responsibility
• Are in leadership or senior professional roles and feel the weight of decision-making and pressure
• Feel capable and driven, but often overwhelmed or stretched thin

This allows for depth, personalised attention, and meaningful change - not surface-level advice.
Coaching is psychology-informed, structured, and tailored to your specific goals, challenges, and season of life.
I work with a limited number of coaching clients at any one time to ensure quality, presence, and impact.
Session structure, duration, and investment are discussed after an initial enquiry to ensure the right fit on both sides.

• Crisis or mental health treatment
• Therapy or diagnosis
• A “quick fix” or hype-based strategy program
